How to Join

It's easy to join the 3,200 other colleges and universities that participate in the Clearinghouse. Simply sign and return our participation agreement.

There's no cost to you for our basic verification services, other optional minimal fee services are available. Once we receive your signed participation agreement, we will contact you about scheduling the set-up and rollout of your Clearinghouse services.

If your college or university is interested in joining the Clearinghouse or participating in any of our other services, contact your regional representative today.

Smaller institutions (fewer than 500 students) can opt for our Clearinghouse Online Reporting Application (CORA), which enables schools with limited technical resources to participate in our basic services.
